Poland National Conference

The national conference for Poland was organised by the National Rapporteur for Poland, Marta Zamorska.

The conference was hybrid with both online participation and in-person participation at the University of Lausanne in Switzerland. It brought together leading practitioners and scholars for discussion on the current state and the future of climate litigation in Poland. IEG members Dr Katarzyna Ciućkowska, Dr Izabela Schiffauer and Maja Frontczak spoke at the event. 

The conference included the presentation in Polish of the Corporate Climate Litigation National Report that was prepared for BIICL's Toolbox project.
