Germany National Conference
Programme
The national conference for the dissemination of the research on Germany took place at the University of Lausanne, within the conference Climate Change Litigation. The conference was organised by the Germany team in collaboration with the University of Lausanne and Professor Eva Lein, BIICL Senior Research Fellow in Private International Law and Director, Centre for Comparative Law.
The conference looked at the latest cases and developments and at the legal arguments from a comparative perspective.
