BIICL welcomes researcher in international human rights

In July, we had the honour of once again hosting Professor Adam Wiśniewski from the University of Gdańsk, where he is the Head of the Chair of Public International Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration. Professor Wiśniewski is a longstanding friend of the Institute and was at BIICL to conduct research on the legitimacy of international courts and the case law of the European Court of Human Rights. This research is intended to result in a book, which will follow up on his recent leading text The Interpretation of the European Convention on Human Rights.
