Event Details

The Competition Law Forum at BIICL invites you to join us on  September 10th, 2024 for a Roundtable on the future of private litigation in the UK, EU and further afield. The roundtable will feature panels on the future scope of private litigation as well as alternative models of achieving access to justice and how we can develop funding models to enable greater private access to justice in future.

This discussion will take place under the Chatham House rule and participants may attend in person or online.
