BIICL is working with ESCP Europe Business School on this 30 hour course on Comparative Business Law. Taught by BIICL and ESCP staff and legal practitioners, the course provides an excellent introduction for those seeking to understand the legal intricacies of business transactions.

The course will address a range of issues of relevance to any practitioner working with businesses including:

  • Corporate Governance and Regulation
  • Public-Private Partnerships and Project Finance
  • Initial Public Offerings
  • Intellectual Property and Technology transfer
  • Tax (Transfer Pricing and Base Erosion and Profit Shifting
  • International Commercial Litigation
  • International Commercial Arbitration
  • Alternative Dispute Resolution

The course will run for 5 weeks on Mondays and Thursdays from 12pm to 3pm.
