This year's lecture will be presented by Dame Hazel Genn DBE QC. Dame Hazel will address the audience on "Why the Privatisation of Civil Justice is a Rule of Law Issue".

Lord Dyson MR will chair.

The 36th of a series of annual lectures in honour of the late Dr FA Mann QC (Hon) (1907-1991) arranged by the partners of

and given under the auspices of the British Institute of International and Comparative Law.
